seealine ("seealine", "we", "us") is a Canadian dental laboratory. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit seealine.com, contact us, or use our clinic order portal at app.seealine.com.

  • Enquiries and forms: when you use our contact form or our "free product" offer, we collect your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, and any message you send.
  • Clinic accounts: when your practice creates an account in our order portal, we collect your name, clinic details, contact and billing email, and phone number.
  • Order information: when a clinic submits an order, we process the details needed to make and ship the appliance, which may include a patient name or identifier, scan or case references, product specifications, and shipping details.
  • Automatically: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as pages visited and general device or browser type) and standard server logs.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries and provide quotes, to create and manage clinic accounts, to produce, invoice, and ship orders, to communicate about orders, invoices, and account matters, to improve our website and services, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Patient information

A clinic that places an order may provide a patient name or identifier. seealine processes this information solely to fulfil that clinic's order, on the clinic's behalf. The ordering clinic is responsible for obtaining any patient consent required and for the accuracy of the information it provides. We ask clinics to share only the minimum patient information needed to complete an order.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for them to provide their service to us. These include our hosting and database provider, email delivery provider, and shipping couriers. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Where your information is stored

Our core clinic and order data is hosted in Canada. Some service providers, for example our email delivery provider, may process limited information outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is handled outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions, so that sensitive financial and cost information is restricted to authorized staff.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights
