Terms of Service

Last updated July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of seealine.com, our clinic order portal at app.seealine.com, and the products and services we provide to dental practices. By using our website, portal, or services, you agree to these terms.

Who these terms apply to

seealine is a Canadian dental laboratory that provides clear aligners, retainers, night guards, whitening trays, and related products to licensed dental practices. Our services are intended for dental professionals and practices, not for individual patients.

Accounts

Clinic accounts are for the authorized staff of your practice. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Orders

Orders are placed through the portal or as otherwise agreed. When you submit an order, you confirm that the scan, specifications, and any patient information you provide are accurate and that you have any consents needed. seealine relies on the information and digital impressions you provide, and is not responsible for issues that result from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

Clinical responsibility

seealine is a dental laboratory. We manufacture appliances to the specifications provided by the ordering clinic. We do not provide clinical or diagnostic advice. The treating dentist is solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, fit, and patient care.

Turnaround and delivery

Our 5-business-day turnaround is a target. It is measured in business days and excludes shipping time, weekends, holidays, and the day a case arrives. We aim to meet it on every order but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Shipping is provided across Canada.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is as shown on our pricing page or as otherwise quoted, and may change from time to time. Orders are invoiced to your practice. Unless otherwise agreed, standard payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. Online card payment through Moneris will be offered in the portal.

Remakes and warranty

We stand behind our work. If an appliance does not meet the specifications you provided, contact us and we will work with you on a remake in line with our warranty practices. Remakes needed because of changes in the patient, new impressions, or information not originally provided may be treated as new orders.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and portal lawfully and not to interfere with their operation or security.

Intellectual property

The seealine name, logo, website, and portal are our property. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, seealine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services means you accept the current terms.
